Digital files Work before release
Show the process.
Earn the claim.
This is where Deadbeat Designs will document real product work as it becomes ready to share. No recycled portfolio images, invented test results, or finished-product theater.
The release path
From weak point to finished part.
Not every project follows the same timeline, but every release should be able to answer these six stages honestly.
- 01
Define
Identify the failure, interference, missing function, or opportunity before drawing the answer.
- 02
Capture
Measure, scan, inspect, and document the machine and the constraints the design has to respect.
- 03
Engineer
Develop geometry, materials, interfaces, service access, and fabrication intent as one system.
- 04
Prototype
Turn the digital answer into a physical part and find the issues the screen cannot reveal.
- 05
Test
Verify fitment and use, document changes, and separate observed results from assumptions.
- 06
Release
Publish fitment, specifications, installation information, pricing, and availability when ready.
Reserved development tracks
The structure is ready.
The proof comes next.
These are intentional placeholders—not claims that a finished product or test program already exists.

Suspension & Handling
Geometry studies, links, mounting solutions, and suspension development will appear only when project material is ready to share.Documentation pending
Protection & Recovery
Protection, approach-clearance, skid, bumper, and recovery development will be added with real project context.Documentation pending
Cooling & Airflow
Airflow routing, ducting, component protection, packaging studies, and thermal work will be shown as they are verified. What gets published
Enough context to mean something.
- Problem and project requirements
- Source geometry or packaging constraints
- CAD, scans, prototypes, or build documentation
- Known assumptions and remaining questions
- Fitment or testing status stated clearly
- Changes made before release
